RIDGEFIELD Brooke Blake has been described by family and friends as a talkative student who was full of life even as she battled brain cancer for years.
Last weekend, about 60 people gathered near the entrance of Barlow Mountain Elementary School where a cherry tree was recently planted as a symbol of the Ridgefield student’s zest for life.

The consumer-goods giant Unilever has moved a large chunk of its North American advertising business from the holding company WPP to Publicis in a major hit to the largest ad network.
Four people with direct knowledge of the matter told Insider the Dove and Ben & Jerry s maker has concluded an agency review it launched in 2020 by choosing the Publicis agency Arc Worldwide Chicago, a division of Leo Burnett, to lead retail advertising in its largest market. The assignment concerns in-store advertising, event marketing, and, most importantly, e-commerce.
