So, when it came out as rapidly as it did, and the first question to the jury, in order for trump to be found liable of battery, he had to wear or sexually abuse her or forcibly touch her, one of the above. the answer to rape was no. the answer to sexual abuse was yes. and then, after that, it was very quick with the defamation charges, with the damages totaling $5 million. that was pretty quiet, although there was a lawyer of lawsuits from a firm representing carroll that and there was this moment of sort of relief because it gave them this really, you know, tough cross-examination. why didn t you go to the police? she said, i didn t go to the police because i would not have gotten justice, basically. so, to go full circle from that questioning to actually getting a jury to agree with her i mean, we all remember when that access hollywood tape came out during the campaign people thought, oh, that s it for trump. since then, as you know, dozens of women have made this ....

A society to determine this. that, to me, has never happened. it s like, what is the truth here? she went to claim her name. to kind of get her name back. and i think it is really important. it s also interesting because it opens the door to those 25 other accusers. and it opens the door to defamation. this is a guy who has had a lot of things, about a lot of people very loudly. and a lot of it, we ve seen these people and up in really terrible situations. i do think that it will be interesting to see it. that s a very interesting point. this is a guy, obviously working a public facing job or obviously we get standard training, and one of the three cable networks just had the largest settlement of all-time. 100 million dollars. you can t just call people false things, particularly when they are not, when you are not punching up. you re not talking about a public figure. ....
