Police and Fire Protection will still be provided. Grocery stores, pharmacies and banks will remain open. Governor newsom is keeping some things open including people anxious about going to the dmv. We are waiving effective last night for 60 days. Id imagine we can extend that. No enforcement of expired licenses and expired registration. Newsom issued an executive order putting a halt on evictions and fore closures as well. The state legislature is suspending its session. The States High Court is modifying procedures. Lawyers argue their cases will now appear remotely by video. The courts seven justices will continue to convene in person and Court Sessions will be open to the public but seating will be limited.
