“One of the main reasons for this is because we kept telling people there was nothing going on in Woodland and what I didn’t want to keep happening is people leaving Woodland to go to these other places,” Eby, a California Honey and Bee Festival board member, said. “If they get into a habit of doing that, eventually it just becomes that they don’t even look at us,”
