Despite weather woes, thousands flooded into the Yolo County Fairgrounds Saturday to attend this year's California Honey Festival after it was forced to relocate there from its usual venue in downtown Woodland.
The California Honey Festival was relocated due to weather from its usual downtown Woodland location to the Yolo County Fairgrounds at 1250 E. Gum Ave.
Al Eby, a representative for Visit Woodland and an organizer for the 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. event, said organizers did not take this decision lightly and addressed concerns expressed by the community through social media.
