The Philadelphia Phillies confirm to action news that this is the fan shown on stadium surveillance throwing a beer bottle in the direction of ryan howard at the conclusion of saturday nights game. A team spokeswoman says stadium security has video of the incident and turned it over to police. This photo was taken by a fan, he was sitting nearby. Philadelphia police are urging the beer bottle chucking fan to come forward. They plan to issue him a Disorderly Conduct citation.
