that that drinking water comes from that is around those former military facilities several federal agencies are involved in all this, the epa, navy, one state agent z-the department of environmental story. trish. >> reporter:. >> reporter: sharrie, solebury police are trying to find owners of hundreds of pieces of stolen jewelry and while they have charged a suspect with several recent burglaries, they would like to know if that man is responsible for more. necklaces, earrings, passports, all stolen according to detectives. these items covered the tables at the solebury township building and police say this isn't all of it. they're hoping they'll be able to reunite some of the items with their rightful owners on wednesday at 6:30 p.m. >> so our hope is that the public comes out on wednesday night takes a look at everything and we can clear multiple burglaries not only in bucks county, montgomery possibly delaware and in philadelphia. >> just top of my dresser took the jewelry boxes, opened drawers and ransacked that and blue back down the sense out the front door. >> reporter: this victim says her solebury township home was broken into while no one was home. she says she'll be there wednesday. her high school class ring and several other sentimental items were swiped. >> my husband had bought me a jewelry box when we were dating and it was a maribel blue and white jewelry box. so, that had a lot of sentimental value. >> reporter: surveillance cameras on her property captured the suspect's vehicle pulling up and leaving just minutes later. police were able to use that video to connect this case with another burglary in solebury township and two others in newtown township and whitemarsh township montgomery county. when police ran the tag and started visiting pawnshops they discovered the same man, 35-year-old william dawson had pawned jewelry at five different sites. dalton was arrested monday in addition to the items that were pawned police found hundreds of items in his home and vehicle items they believe are stolen. >> there's items here that i believe would be, you know, very personal to some of these people and i'm sure they had like to have that back. >> reporter: now, police say you must bring a police report to prove that your home had been burglarized. if you would like to take a look at those stolen items here at the police met with a police officer. he was arrested on the spot. he is charged with multiple felonies. this case was part of an online sting. police are hoping this surveillance video help lead to the arrest an armed robber. the man can be seen putting items from the west philadelphia store into a black bag but when an employee confronted him, he pulled a gun and then left the store. you're asked to call police if you know anything about this crime which happened on sunday. >> a fire broke out this afternoon inside a southwest philadelphia refine knee. chopper6 hd was overhead rider about noon today as smoke poured from one of the furnaces at philadelphia energy solutions. emergency responders from the company and the philadelphia fire department quickly responded to the scene. they put that fire the stand to describe her alleged encounter with that accused shooter jason dalton. that's when he went off on a rambling rant. less than 30 seconds after the judge warned him to be quiet he started yelling and the guards had to escort him out. dalton is accused of killing six people and injuring two others including caruthers. >> in health check today at 4:00 the fda has approved the first drug ideally should be so not looking so hot on the schuylkill. we can can't send you to the kelly drive instead. that's still blocked off for the stotesbury he regatta and the mlk is going to be busy also. maybe think outside the box a little bit. ridge avenue or lancaster avenue some possible alternates. this is the vine street expressway. that crash that we had on the westbound side by broad street is pushed off to the side. but the heavy delays linger here in both directions by 76 the schuylkill expressway. and still slow going on 95 southbound as you enter the worked here at cottman but a little bit better than last time because that broken down cement truck has been cleared out of the way. so the lanes are opened, it's just a little heavy as you head towards center city on the southbound side of 95. had a crash by saint charles borromeo seminary at city and lancaster but that cleared out. at argyle and wynnewood watch out for an accident. it was one on the pennsylvania turnpike just like yesterday afternoon eastbound side by norristown. it's off to the side now but you're still being treated to 10 miles per hour. schuylkill eastbound not a whole lot better at 11 miles per hour and east whiteland chester county watch out for a crash along 401 at bacton hill road. we'll come back in about a half hour and check it again brian and sharrie. >> sounds good. matt england all the way down across the midatlantic. what we are tracking and what we are watching, two pieces of energy right now, there's an area of low pressure just to the south of cincinnati and there's also an area of lope low pressure forming just off the coast of georgian the carolinas. this will work its way up the eastern seaboard and take over and with that we have the moisture on the move. the call from accuweather, however, over the next 12 hours stars early then turning cloudy as that moisture gets closer to our regionally we'll drop down to 53 in the suburbs and 56 in philadelphia for the overnight low. here's future tracker six as we time out the moisture for the start of our weekend. 8 o'clock in the morning it's mostly cloudy. you notice those showers getting closer to us. south and west of lancaster approaching dover as well. as we get into 11 o'clock tomorrow morning make sure you have the wet weather gear with you because the moisture will be increasing as the day wears on. the heaviest pocket you could see by 2 o'clock in the afternoon in philadelphia and areas to the south as well for south jersey and also into delaware. the tail end of the day you could see 5 o'clock in the evening the heaviest starting to push out of our region and moving to the north and east. by 8:30 tomorrow evening we just have some lingering moisture overhead. we'll break it down region by region for you with the rainfall. in our northwest suburbs you could find anywhere from a half inch to an inch of precipitation. right along that 95 corridor three-quarters of an inch to about an inch and a quarter's worth. delaware, south jersey depending on the area of low pressure and how it tracks, anywhere from an inch to an inch and a half and locally higher amounts than that. this really sets us up for an unsettled pattern tomorrow and then right through sunday into tuesday, we essentially have this trough of low pressure that's cut off from the main jet stream. so we have showers, pockets of sunshine and then a few pop-up showers as we go throughout the day sunday monday into tuesday before the pattern breaks. the exclusive accuweather 7-day forecast showing it's rainy, breezy, cooler day tomorrow, high of just 61. clouds around, still unsettled on sunday. couple of showers at 68. a pop-up thundershower likely on monday, 70. 76 on tuesday. then it gets better. on wednesday sunny and warm, summer-like, a high of 83. 84 on thursday with a string of 80's on the way next friday a high temperature of 85 degrees. so we'll get rid of the wet weather somebody catch him. >> reporter: it is a nerve wracking time for many people living in west chester after police announce they're searching for a burglar who has targeted half a dozen homes if march believe the bold burglar is acting alone and strikes during the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. while people are at home. in each case the victims have had their doors and windows locked. so far no
