it. it really is not. when this happened, i was scared. i was frustrated. i was angry. i was shaking. reporter: new jersey state police troopers arrested and charged her with obstruction. rebecca says it s because she didn t answer the state trooper s questions after she was suspected of speeding. i said i had a right not to answer his questions. i was an attorney. i knew i had a right not to answer his questions. reporter: now rebecca filed a civil rights suit against the state of new jersey, state police and the trooper who af d arrested her. she wants to hold police accountable for violating her rights. rebecca s attorney says this violates her civil and federal rights. they had every right to stop her and give her a speeding ticket if they wanted to but did not have a right to arrest her simply for not answering questions. rebecca, whose parents were in law enforcement and grandfather was a sheriff wants answers. she wants to know why a trooper arrested her. and

spot. while everything looks calm and normal now, a lot of q to some those who can t forget, especially today. amtrak 188 left the station and derailed a few empties later. for some, it still feelic lose it happened yer. i have never experienced anything that was to the volume that we saw that night. one year ago, dr. amy goldberg was chief ottrauma at temple university hospital. when i walked in and saw the number of patients that we had already on site, and the numbers that we were getting, it was rather impressive. temple says 54 victims were treated that night. more than any other hospital in the area. ten different hospitals took the injured passengers and temple s chief medical officer remembers the questions of that night as he drove to work. do we have enough emergency rooms? is the blood bank ready? one year later, some of the victims are still recovering. and some are permanently scarred. they literally feel it was for some of them, every breath they
