Police are investigating after four people died when their boat capsized near bodega bay. A fifth person was pulled to safety. Three victims have been identified. Jesse langley was from bodega bay, and samuel garcia, 86, from bodega bay, and 60yearold david costa from ripon. The fourth victim, a woman, has not yet been identified.
