New Delhi: Many big companies including Tata Steel, Infosys, Maruti Suzuki, Philips, are evaluating job roles that will enable employees to work from home (WFH) or remotely on a permanent basis even after the pandemic.
According to a report in the
Economic Times, starting this year, Tata Steel has identified roles that would allow employees to work from home permanently. Infosys, Maruti and Philips are in the process of setting up new workplace models which will allow employees in certain roles to work from anywhere.
