Manhattan: In this “defund the police” environment, is every NYC citizen now expected, at the peril of losing his/her job and possibly his/her life, to take on the responsibility of law enforcement? The members of the parole board who granted parole to Brandon Elliot and let him loose again to prey on society are the ones who should lose their jobs and their immunity from lawsuits as well.
