Yes. And in terms of looking at rehearing and jurisdiction requests, rehearing requests, nine were denied, two withdrawn. Jurisdiction requests, one was denied, one granted and three withdrawn. Room is named irving brier i knew. I am 81. I was friends with his son steve and used to go to the brier house on the weekends. I was from the midwest. On holidays i didnt have anyplace to go. Irving brier, the man you named the room after used to espouse social justice and the importance of highquality Public Education. He used to lecture his boys, who you may know are you now prominent judges in the country and me who is not that, but i was there to receive the lecture many times about those messages. Highquality Public Education and social justice. He said those are the keys to the health of American Society and San Francisco society. we begin where a new effort will begin to find missing teenager, sierra lamar. allie rasmus is live where volunteers are already meeting. allie? reporter: well, they just opened the doors to burnett elementary. these are the headquarters for the search effort to find the girl you see in these pictures. they have her they have her name and pictures and as can you see, there are people are getting a head start. you do need to be 18 and provide a valid i.d. and register. anyone who wants to help should come to burnett elementary here at 85 tillton avenue. rege stration begins at 8:00. now, the goal of the volunteers is to help find clues in the disappearance of 15-year-old sierra lamar, the morgan hill teen missing for more than ten days. this volunteer operation is operated by the kids foundation. the group clap klass foundation was started by marc klass whose daughter went missing 20 years ago. they are not saying how many volunteers they are hoping to turn out. but ....
