We have a lack of any significant cloud cover out here so plenty of sunshine on the way and over in the east right now were already seeing the skies getting a little bit bright. But the temperatures are colder than theyve been in awhile. Were down to 39 in philadelphia. But a lot of spots like millville, allentown, reading and lancaster are actually down in the 20s. 26 degrees currently in allentown. And wilmington below freezing at 30. Trenton is also fallen below freezing at 31. Not much wind out here. The winds have fallen back as expected but it is cold and maybe youre digging some of that extra gear out of the closet where its been sitting for a while. On the bus stop this morning between now and 8 00 in a lot of neighborhoods in the mid 30s, thats where youre going to be. And as we go through the day things do get better. 47 degrees by 11 oclock. Still kind of chill there will but by 1 oclock 53 and by 3 oclock, 58. A high today of 60 ....

Of any significant cloud cover around the area so were looking at plenty of sunshine not only this morning but throughout the day. It is cold, though. As projected we have slipped into the up are 30s in philadelphia. Some spots like lancaster reading allentown and millville, new jersey, that have all slipped into the 20s this morning. 36 degrees in wilmington, 32 the freezing mark in trenton and below freezing at the airport in atlantic city. Not as much wind out there as there was the last couple of days but it is cold. And were expecting to stay between about 34 and 36 between 6 oclock and 8 oclock on the bus stop and most neighborhoods mainly clear not as breezy but maybe a little extra gear on the kids, the kind that we used to use about three or four weeks ago. 40 degrees by 9 oclock. 47 by 11 00. Now we are going to get better this afternoon. By 3 oclock well be at 58 degrees and were expecting a high of 60. That comes at about 4 oclock but not much wind, too. Plenty of sunshine ....

Sidney blumenthal knee long, nbc 10 news. 20 minutes of nonstop news continues with new video of a scuffle that septa says shows kids behaving badly. The video is going viral and septa police are looking for the children in this video. We had to turn down the audio because the language used is not acceptable for tv. Brandon hudson talked to septa and joins us live to explain what happened on that train. Brandon . Reporter we heard from the chief a little more than an hour ago. Called the behavior outrageous and asking for help to find out who these children are and help get them counseling. The chief asked us not to blur the faces of the children in this video because but because they are under 18 years old were choosing not to reveal identities.
