Developing story from west philadelphia. A man was shot and killed inside a barber shop. But tonight police say the shooter may have done the right thing. This is all happening inside the barber shop on north preston street. Randy gyllenhaal joins us live from the district where the police are questioning the shooter. The man turned himself in here at the 16th District Police headquarters. Police are investigating whether this was a case of selfdefense. According to the National Insurance crime bureau, airbag can cost a thousand dollars or more from a legitimate dealer over repair shop. Only could the 50 to 200 on the black market, so thieves get pennies to the dollar, but their victims have to pay a hefty price.
