Officials are raising a red flag saying California Water tuesday is actually up despite pleas from the governor to conserve. Today, those water officials are considering emergency regulations to force cuts in water use. Christien kafton explains what the restrictions could include and how expensive the fines could be. Reporter with the drought stretching into its third year, the state Water Resources board is considering tightening restrictions on urban and suburban water use. The board votes today on banning nonwater recycling found danes may put new restrictions banning overwatering in yards, cleaning sidewalks with hoses and indoor water use for washing and drinking could to be unrestricted.
