Over here out of the altamont a little slowing and a crash reported at north flynn. The slowing should be because of the construction crew which is clearing now. Mild slowing, and then the crash at north flynn, there may be another around greenville, not sure of the details. Sounds similar, so well call it one crash for now. New overnight a wild scene along moorpark avenue in san jose. More than half a dozen parked cars damaged. Witnesses tell us it looked like a truck just plowed right into them. Roz plater is on the scene where the wreckage remains and the question is how were more people not heard, roz . Reporter we just got an update from police on injuries. Thats when he allegedly took her back to his tracy home about 60 miles away where the alleged assault took place. Ktvus Azenith Smith is at Police Headquarters with the latest on this investigation. Passed out in the back seat of the lyft drivers car. At some point the lyft driver made the decision to take her then back to his residence in tracy and at some point there in that residence its alleged that he had nonconsensual sexual intercourse with her. Reporter this happened around 3 00 saturday morning. The passenger called police. Kolokolo was arrested and booked into San Mateo County jail. We know that we are going to drink, we take a lyft. Its safer, right . Reporter this lyft rider had not heard about the incident and said this is why she never rides alone and checks reviews of drivers. She also realizes the risk any time she gets in a car. Everything that is going to happen to you. The leak and the explosion in here was the initial fire ball but the rest of that was just the rest of the gas that had leaked out that was just going along the way.
