Theyve partnered up with the Nevada Department of transportation to monitor traffic ramp meters and traffic lights in the area. In and around the spaghetti bowl areartc has 35 traffic cams that can help workers determine if realtime changes are needed to get traffic from backing up. It all week long. Project neon. All of the work on that major Improvement Project has caused a lot of disruption along the spaghetti bowl. And some new closures go into effect tonight. Demetria obilor has a breakdown of that. Demetria Obilor on wednesday, several ramps closed down in the spaghetti bowl for carnado project neon. There was one more ramp that needed to shut down, and it did earlier this morning just before 5 am. The northbound i15 exit to northbound 95 is cld exit onto a temporary ramp that takes you over to northbound 95. These ramps will stay closed through february 2017. Make sure you stay on top of all of the closures by visiting our website, las vegas now dot com. Also, starting tonight at 10 pm, mlk is shutting down, in both directions, from bonanza to us 95. The us 95 on offramps will close too. Things should reopen around 5am monday. Plan ahead.

Saying the young boy suffered visible trauma. He was taken to sunrise but died about 30 minutes later. lt dan mcgrath, metro pd there were reports of some ligature marks. Brittany Edney metro police are investigating what happened inside of an apartment sunday afternoon that led to the death of a sevenyearold boy. lt dan mcgrath, metro pd were not here to publicize a child being killed in the manner that he was but the facts point to child abuse. Brittany Edney police say the victim was inside apartment with 4 other children. His mother and another man when he was hurt. The man has been arrested and police are questioning the mother. lt dan mcgrath, metro pd she is not arrested, but she is with detectives. She is not in handcuffs or anything so we do want to speak with her and find out if she can tell us what exactly happened.
