The 25 year veteran of the Alameda CountySheriffs Office work both in the court system as well as here at the santa rita jail there are currently a 104 positive coronavirus cases among inmates here and many of the Sheriffs Office staff who have tested positive. Basically, the detour, folks are coming off windmill on east 215, making a uturn back onto the freeway. There was not a we are told there are expected delays during rush hour and more busier times of the day. If we can put up a map of that area, ill show you, airport connector from the 215 east, that is closed, that tee tour will take you past warm springs, the detour has you going past basically making a uturn. The clark county officials are asking you to budget a little more time for this. There is expected to be more traffic on different alternate routes as well.
