Her mother and her moifs boyfriend are both in custody after the two were arrested here at the bart station. 23yearold sarah kruger and 26yearold Ryan Scott Warner were both charged with suspicion of murder and assault resulting in the death of a chooilt chiil. Police showed up Early Saturday Morning after they got an anonymous tip about the welfare of this child. Sadly, once they got inside that apartment, they figured out why someone called police. They found the 3yearold girl dead in a bedroom inside that apartment. There were signs, they believe, of possible sexual assault. There were also signs of Blunt Force Trauma to the little girl, but the couple was nowhere to be seen. A neighbor had seen them leaving the apartment a short time earlier with luggage in hand.
