Reporter you can see the bright lights brought out by firefighters as they continue their work here tonight. Just 10 minuteses ago, firefighters were spraying water on that ladder truck. Today was a day of demolition, as crews worked to make this site safer, and also give firefighters access to what hot spots remain. A tiny flame, through a somehow unbroken fourth floor windo was the only fire visible for much of the day. A caterpillar pushed and pulled down the upper floors of the gutted building. All at the direction of San Francisco fire. The demolition has done a great job of helping us, this afternoon and evening. Reporter the demolition crews also moved the pile of debris, exposing buried hot spots, which quickly flared up. Which make it is easier for us.
