Tiffany Police say the one year old boy was taken from soledad, california in Monterey County. The toddler was last seen in the backseat of a white 1992 honda accord with california license plate 6rgb061. The babys name is emiliano salinas. He is described as an hispanic baby boy with black hair and brown eyes. Hes 2 feet tall and weighs about 25 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black and white shirt and gray pants.
