Because the routine tasks will become automated. We dont need some of the programming that was done by hundreds of people, doesnt need to be done by as many people because some of the simple stuff can be automated so were moving up the food chain in terms of what do the people need. They need cutting edge skills in ai and in other areas that didnt etxist ten years ago. Thats where the investment needs to be made. If we make those investments, well be in better shape.
