up on this thursday morning. a chemical plant fire sent huge fireballs into the sky in western oklahoma overnight. it happened near the town of thomas about 90 minutes west of oklahoma city. last night s fire hit chemical containers inside the plant setting off explosions. nearby homes were evacuated. it s scary, yeah. i didn t know what to do at first. i didn t know if we were going to have to leave town. my dad s not here. we wouldn t really be able to do much. so it s kind of scary. the good news was that nobody was hurt. the plant employees are waiting for the smoldering ruins to cool off before they can go in and assess the damage this morning. today workers are returning to the washington navy yard where a gunman killed 12 people. less than an hour ago, employees started showing up for work for the first time since monday s shooting. as cbs susan mcginnis reports, the employees will have to work alongside the fbi, who is still investigating the shooting. ....
