Brett hankison was indicted on three counts of wanton endangerment for shooting into nearby apartments during the police raid. No indictments were announced for the other officers involved in her death. Gunfire broke out as hundreds of people marched through downtown louisville. Video showed projectiles being launched from the area. During that time, two officers were shot and wounded. Police say both officers were sent to the hospital, one is undergoing surgery tonight. The injuries are not considered to be lifethreatening. Police say one person has been arrested for the shooting. The grand jurys decision come six months after Breonna Taylor was shot and killed inside her own apartment during a drug raid.
