Authorities say he was bitten near the Stillwater Cove area of pebble beach 1 pm. He suffered what is being called a significant bike to his leg. The man was spearfishing several hundred yards offshore and was underwater with a shark attack. He was able to get back into his boat and drive for sure. Rescuers took over. Another boulder witness what happened and described what he saw. They were out fishing like normal. Saw this boat come in acting a little not right. We thought they were having motor trouble or Something Like that. All of the sudden the safety people came out is that you guys have to get out the water there is a great white. We got out. We did not want to mess around with that. The wetsuit was pretty shredded. The victim was bitten in his right thigh. It is a serious bite. His leg is still intact.
