Well, a federal judge has ruled that the National Security agencys bulk collection of phone records of millions of americans is unconstitutional, its a blistering attack on the program. The judge ordered the government to stop collecting data and then suspended his ruling because of National Security interests. Tara mergener has more from washington. Good morning, tara.
