world leaders gather there. in a keynote address earlier this morning vice president harris had very strong words for the kremlin. the united states has formally determined that russia has committed crimes against humanity, and, i say to all of those who have perpetrated these crimes, and to their superiors who are complicit in these crimes, you will be held to account. joining me live now live from munich s courtney kube, courtney, thank you very much for being here, you are present at vice president harris s address this morning, what was the response in the room? you could hear a pin drop there in parts of that speech and particularly some of the more graphic descriptions of some of these crimes against humanity that the u.s. is now saying russia is guilty of, so, vice president harris went into detail about some of the things the u.s. is now accusing russia of having done, specifically russian military against ukrainian civilians, and, i am telling you jona ....
