This action comes after a couple of hours from Columbia University, the epicenter of nationwide propalestinian campus. Protests started suspending students. The Ivy League School had set a 2 p. M. Deadline monday for the protesters to leave their encampments at the campus. The university has been trying to avoid calling back the police, whose intervention on april 18th led to more than 100 student arrests. The protesters at columbia have inspired similar propalestine demonstrations on campuses all across the country.
