Rutherford County, TN - A 4th-grade teacher in the Rutherford County School system is facing charges in a case dating back to 2022. Rutherford County Detective Will Pinson filed charges of stalking against LaVergne Lake Elementary educator Ashley Restrepo last year and the case moved forward from there.
