top of the hour this friday. i m jim sciutto. i m erica hill, and right now all five former police officers charged with murder and other charges in the death of tyre nichols are inside of a memphis courthouse. they are set to be arraigned on seven charges including second-degree murder and aggravated assault. this morning the shelby county district attorney said that the prosecutors are still looking into charging a sixth former officer who tased nichols in the traffic stop that night as well as others possibly. we are looking at everybody who was involved directly or indirectly in death of tyre nichols, and this is officer hemphill and those who showed up after the beating had concluded, and we will do what we can as quickly as we can, but thoroughly. now, we are still waiting for the release of 20 hours of additional footage from deadly beating and the aftermath, and it could be relevant, and cnn s shimon prokupiez is there at the courthouse, and i understand ....
