The last census in 2020 shows the same churned and louisiana that was taking place across several southern states. Over the last decade, the white population shrink, and the Black Population grew. What people are now less than 56 of louisianas population and about a third of the population there is black. Yet, this is louisianas congressional delegation. Other states six members of congress, five are white republicans.
