During the course of the investigation, officers located several individuals in the 2900 block of park aveune on sioux citys northside. Moritz suffered a gunshot wound to his inner thigh. Sheila Moritz is expected to make a full recovery. The man poce say pulled the trigger, 18 yearold isaiah mothershed, also shot himself during the struggle with moritz. Mothershed is in Police Custody at sioux citys Mercy Medical center. Matt and shelia, it all started with a call around 11 15 saturday night from a male saying he was being robbed at building 19 of the vallll Park Apartments on park a anue. A lengthy investigation led police to an apartment inside building 13 in the same complex. Officers made their way inside when they noticed a number of stolen items. Police arrested, and handcuffed, mothershed. They had him sit on a couch until he could be taken to jail. While on the couch, mothershed pulled out a 40caliber hand gun that was hidden inside the couch. Police say mothershed shot his right thigh. Officer moritz

Police last summer, he was accused of kidnapping and assualting two men over a drug debt. The News Conference is at two o clock this afternoon at police headquarters. A woman who lives nearby says she heard d out 12 shots ring out as people were leaving the parade area. No suspects have been named. An investigation is underway. Justice antonin scalias body arrived at Dulles Airport late sunday night. And was loaded onto a hearse. Earlier on sunday, a procession of about 20 Police Officers brought the body to an el paso funeral home from the west texas ranch where scalia was found dead on saturday. Officials were awaiting word about whether the medical examiner would perform an autopsy, but it was deemed unnecessary. It is believed the 79year old scalia died of natural causes. Scalia was appointed by president Ronald Reagan in 1986 and has been the Senior Member of the court for several years. Authorities say an Apartment Fire that forced residents to temporarily evacuate saturday, was caused by a child playing with matches.
