[ applause ] so the reason this has come about in large part is because the National Governors Association Meeting in washington this week, governor cox, you are the chair of the Governors Association this year. The fact is that the oath matters. The oath i took as governor of new jersey said i will enforce the laws of state of new jersey. Not the ones i like. All the laws. This president does not have the right to enforce the laws he likes and not the ones he doesnt. That is why we have people getting killed in sanctuary cities, because he has refused to enforce the law. That is why we have lawlessness.
