Right now, a developing story about an officer who has resigned from the force. Turns out the Sarasota Police officer is in hot water for sharing confidential information. And now he is facing criminal charges. He gave information to a relative. Reporter good afternoon. Soon after the investigation began, the lew at the innocent resigned. Under the influence when she drove the minivan to i71, colliding with another vehicle what police say was a spectacular crash. Chen was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and vehicular homicide. Police say she was under the influence of alcohol and officers suspect she may have been under the influence of drugs. Police say she was driving northbound on 71 when she struck ojai arenas car heading south. Chen was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
