It resumed this morning after the double amputee olympic athlete underwent a month of psychiatric exams to assess his Mental Health when he shot and killed his girlfriend, reeva steenkamp, last year. New this morning according to the official report from the panel psychiatrist there, pistorius did not suffer from mental disease or defect that affected his ability to know right from wrong at the time of the shooting.
