The chp is asking for the publics help to find the driver. Oakland could be the latest bay area city to implement a soda tax. They want to place a tax on sugar sweetened beverages on novembers ballot. The measure is modeled by berkeley voters in 2014 with sodas and other sugary drinks taxed a penny per ounce.
