Afternoon around 1 30 while surfing about two miles down the coast from sea cliff near Sand Dollar Beach. The 26yearold surfer killed has been identified as ben kelly. He worked as a surfboard shaper and was known for his passion for the sport. Today, we spoke with a friend who worked with him. He was giving half his surfboard money to kenya to help over there. So hes philanthropic guy and he had a love for surfing in the ocean. Reporter now flowers are strewn along Sand Dollar Beach to remember ben.
