It happened about 1 30 this afternoon. We have learned two other surfers were in the water at the time of the attack. It happened less than 100 yards offshore. We spoke to a marine biologist would talks about the particular dangers of that area. Its very common to see these juvenile predominantly fish eating sharks in the northern part of the bay.
