The Mayors Disability Council conducted an activation deal with the sou partners by text messaging the identifying contacts. The results were impressive. There was 100 response within 12 hours. We also discussed the civic center evacuation drill on october 25, about 10 buildings in the Civic Center Area evacuated including city hall, the department of public health, and the war memorial building.
