RAC WA is undertaking a ground-breaking digital transformation. By selecting Microsoft Azure as its preferred cloud, and continuing investment in the digital capability of its people, it is building agility and enhancing the services it provides to its members in Western Australia.
The digital transformation includes the migration of RAC WAâs insurance systems and integration layer into Azure and the roll out of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Office 365 and Power BI to streamline access to information and applications.
The transformation also includes RAC WA enhancing its technical landscape where information was previously managed through many different systems.

Despite the challenges faced due to the ongoing global health crisis and the countryâs first recession in 30 years, 45% of Australian businesses believe COVID-19 has presented them with an opportunity to innovate, according to a new Microsoft-IDC study.
The study surveyed more than 3,000 business and IT professionals across the Asia-Pacific region where for many businesses, two years of digital transformation has happened within just two months. The report found that for the majority of organisation surveys, the pandemic accelerated a digital transformation and the digitisation of customer and supply chain interactions.
