thinking isn t a guns situation. when all in starts right now. good evening from new york. i m chris hayes. one week after we learned robert mueller had brought indictments against two top trump officials, announced a guilty plea for a third, all eyes on a former high-ranking official in the trump administration itself, michael flynn. a man who spent 24 days in the white house as the president s national security adviser. nbc news exclusively reporting that shmueler now has enough evidence to file charges in the investigation into flynn and his son michael flynn jr., according to multiple sources familiar with mueller s investigation. to be clear nbc news is not reporting who might be charged, only that there is sufficient evidence to file charges in that investigation. three sources tell nbc news that investigators plan to soon speak with multiple witnesses to gather more information about flynn s lobbying work, including whether he laundered money or lied to federal agents ....
tucker carlson tonight. for the latest findings in that investigation we are joined by matt finn, who is in texas for us tonight. we have learned the shooter himself had three gunshot wounds to his body, including one to his head, which the medical examiner says was self-inflicted, so the shooter killed himself after his deadly rampage here at this texas church. we ve also learned that the shooter recently repurchased four guns. authorities say all the sales were legal. if there is no information in databases that would have flagged the shooter, and that aligns with two pieces of information we learned today. if first, academy sporting goods in san antonio, texas, released a statement saying it sold to guns to the shooter, one in 2015, and one in 2017, and that the shooter passed the national criminal background check and that that sporting good store is not cooperating with law enforcement. also, the u.s. air force did not submit the criminal records to the fbi, as required b ....
