we re told none was as violent as what played out yesterday, late afternoon, in a very public place. take a look. this is 32-year-old brandon grosso. he is in jail this morning, accused of firing a shotgun into a stranger s car in a parking lot in quakertown. we have a picture of the damage it caused. it blew out the back windshield. there were two people in the car. they say they were just pulling away from the walmart shopping center in quakertown after dropping a family member off at work when this happened. as soon as we make the left-hand turn, we hear bang. i turned around, i see the window has been shot, glass hit me in the arm. reporter: from about 5:30 yesterday afternoon, police up in bucks county were looking for brandon grosso. soon after our 11:00 p.m. news aired, rich land township police found him with quakertown police at this holiday inn express in quakertown. overnight he was arrested and arraigned. and this morning he is in jail. coming up at 5:00 ....

where we are standings. i want to step out of the way i want to show everyone that s where the fatal fire happened contained in the two row homes which are destroyed. the problem with the fire, when crews got here, the flames were so intense and so big there s no way rescuers could get in there to save the victims. i want to bring up the video and show everyone this is north philadelphia, the 1700 block of north 6th street. this is what the fire is looking like at its peak. it was fully engulfed in its home. rescuers had to wait inside until they could get things under control in just a little bit before they could get their rescue mission. before they got in, i can tell you the 9-year-old was pull from the home, he was taken to hanheman and pronounced dead. a 7-year-old and 52-year-old woman was located inside the homes. they, too, have been pronounced dead at the scene. i want to bring another live look out here to the scene, you can see crews here are still working t ....

shooting in san francisco, but tonight a picture is emerging of the shooter, a disgruntled employee who apparently felt overworked. first we have identified the gunman as 38-year-old jimmy lam. he and the victims all worked as drivers for ups. we saw investigators removing potential evidence from lam s home in the richland district this afternoon. he shot and killed three people before killing himself. three other ups workers were treated and they have now been released from the hospital. but the warehouse is the distribution facility situated alongside highway 101. it sits between 16th and 17th streets and utah street and san bruno avenue. ktvu heather holmes is here tonight to begin our coverage, heather? well julie and ken can, we learned the gunman had worked for ups for 17 years. the official with the teenster unit said he complained of excessive overtime, but no one foresaw what happened this morning. the shooting took place at the ups package distribution cen ....
