That has been burning more than a week and the People Living in the area now being able to return home. It has scorched more than 74,000acres. It is now 50 contained. Eightyfive homes have been destroyed. More than 7,000 have been threatened. Ed to people evacuated from the Hidden Valley lake area, will be allowed home to view the fire damage. Butt canyon road also will be allowed back. We are expecting a update coming up. Only 20,000 evacuees were permitted back up to the valley view fire. Called habitat terrace, an army of volunteers is building 28 affordable, Single Family homes for lowe income families and theyre determined to not let one burned down home ruin morale. Really this isnt going to set us back. Its a gut check but not a body blow. Reporter habitat said the home was 90 framed before the blaze. Plumbing and electrical was next.
