Temperatures are expected to plunge again beginning next week, and a Daring Rescue unfolded in the frigid waters of the Niagara River in upstate new york. First responders pulled a man from the water just above the American Falls in buffalo yesterday. Forecasters say the air temperature in Niagara Falls was 31 degrees, but it felt like 25.
