In an old New Orleans church, Elysian Bar finds new way to carry on

We knew what we’d signed up for at the Elysian Bar. After all, I selected “church” for the seating option on the online reservation form. It brought much more than I’d imagined. The former Sts. Peter and Paul church in New Orleans, now an event space for the Hotel Peter & Paul, has been drafted into a new role as the dining room for the Elysian Bar.
