What we need to do is to listen to the arguments, have a written questioning period and then decide whether we need witnesses or not. And new tonight, a possible curveball for trump. Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee telling a federal court that they want former White House Counsel Don Mcgahn to testify so they can decide, quote, whether to recommend additional articles of impeachment.
