the news about the warmup, man. reporter: i ve stood out here all yearlong up to this point, i ve been shivering i ve been freezing cold, winds whipping across city avenue. it s absolutely balmy. there s a breeze, but not a cold breeze as we ve seen in the past. as we look at the temperatures right here, keep in mind some 12 times this month we started out with temperatures in the single digits and teens. right now we re 30 degrees. allentown, 28. atlantic city, 30. dover, 29. lancaster, 30. cape may, 33. we ll see a ton of sunshine this afternoon, as well. as we look at satellite and radar, waking up to cloud cover to the north, northern portions of the lehigh valley and the poconos. everybody else we have clear conditions. that would be the trend throughout the day. sunny skies, extremely mild, 56 degrees. normal for this time of the year is 40 we re about 16 degrees above seasonal averages. now, the wind will pick up later on. even though we re forecasting 56 we ll have
