160 workers and residents were inside the building when these flames started around 10:45 last night. you can see staff and volunteers helped get people out in wheelchairs, even in their beds and wrapped them up in blankets in that bitterly cold night. deanna is joining us. investigators say the evacuation was so chaotic, they are still tracking everyone down. reporter: they want to be careful and make sure they have accounted for everything. of course, we have learned that some of the residents here are not accounted for. take a look at what remains. some people inside tell us this fire began. it broke out last night. the damage here is so severe. investigators cannot get a look inside to see the damage or see how this fire started. it burns so quickly. police and firefighters seemed so surprise. the calls for help came one after another. when we got out we saw this black smoke. i took off running down the hallway started getting my residents out. tony struther ....
