Investigators have located the suspect vehicle and driver, Steven Fowlow, a 52-year-old man from Davisburg. Fowlow was arraigned in front of Magistrate Julie Nelson-Klein at the 48th District Court for failure to stop at the scene of an accident resulting in death.
