Tonight, water is on the way to West Virginia. Washington is sending it in the wake of the dangerous Chemical Spill into the elk river. This was just moments ago fema trucks arriving in charleston, West Virginia bringing the water to hundreds of thousands who cant drink or bathe or use the tainted supply. A federal disaster declaration has been issued for the affected counties. At the same time, an investigation has begun into what happened, why, and who may be responsible.
